The Westminster Cracker Company is a New England-based company established in 1828 in Westminster, Massachusetts.[1] The company moved its headquarters to Rutland, Vermont in 1970.[1] The company sold its bread crumb business to Pillsbury but retained the privately held cracker business. Members of the founding Dawley family reorganized the company in Rutland in 1988.[2] Though its most famous cracker is probably the oyster cracker, it also makes other crackers.
